Chicken Corn Soup
Just like other chicken dishes, the origin of chicken soup is linked to the history of the domestication of fowl, stretching back 7,000 to 10,000 years ago, which probably took place either in ancient India or Southeast Asia.
The popular version of the dish that today is recognised as American classic chicken soup, which typically uses root vegetables including carrot, onion, leeks, celery; was first a staple across Northern Europe. The recipes was brought to the United States by immigrants from ScotlandPoland, and ultimately can trace its origin to a version of chicken soup commonly served in MennonitesAmish and Jewish communities in Europe.
Variations on the flavor are gained by adding root vegetables such as parsnip, potato, sweet potato and celery root, herbs such as parsley, dill, other vegetables such as zucchini, whole garlic cloves or tomatoes and black pepper. The soup should be brought slowly to a boil and then simmered in a covered pot on a very low flame for one to three hours, adding water if necessary. A clearer broth is achieved by skimming the drops of fat off the top of the soup as it is cooking, first bringing the chicken to boil from a pot of cold water and discarding the water before continuing, or straining it through a strainer or cheesecloth. Saffron or turmericare sometimes added as a yellow colorant. Then, the chicken can be shredded by hand and stored in the refrigerator until ready for use in the soup.This recipie is particularly my version of chicken corn soup. Lets check its recipie:-

Ingredients:-
Boneless chicken-200gm (cut into cubes)
Onions- 1 pc small finely chopped
Garlic-5 cloves finely chopped
Ginger-1inch finely chopped
Carrots-1/4th cup
Beans-1/4th cup
Sweet Corn-1/4th cup (for the soup)
Sweet corn-1 cup (for a paste)
Tomatoes-1/4th cup finely chopped
Water-2 cups(for boiling)
Corn Flour-1tsp
Black pepper-1tsp
Oil-2tsp
Salt to taste

Procedure:-
In a kadhai, add oil.
Let it heat.
Add in ginger and garlic and saute well for 2 minutes.
Add onions into it and fry for another 2 minutes untill translucent.
Add chicken cubes and fry for 5 minutes or more untill they turned white.
Make sure you just the lower the heat to medium as we will cook the chicken in very low oil.
Add all the veggies into it and fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes into it and cook untill they softened.
Meanwhile make a fine paste of sweet corn.
Add it into the veggies.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add water into it.
Let it boil on high flame.
Simmer it for 15 minutes.
In a bowl add 1tsp corn flour and 1tbsp water and mix.
Add it to the soup.
Add salt and black pepper and mix.
Serve Hot.
