Raita is a delicious Indian side that has a cooling effect. It’s made with whisked plain yogurt and is really versatile – so you can add your favourite mix ins to it. Its similar to tzatziki but not as thick and can be made sweet or savoury. If you have Raita on daily basis then you will surely lose weight. Because we all know that curd act as a fat cutter. So having raita daily may lose weight upto 2-3kgs in a month.
Lets Check its recipie:-
Ingredients:-
Curd-2cups
Roasted Cumin Powder-1tsp
Red Chilli powder-1tsp
Cucumber- 1 chopped into small cubes
Green chillies-2 finely chopped
Onions-1 finely chopped
Tomatoes-1 finely chopped
Grapes-100gm
(I like fruits so I added if you dont like you can skip it)
Procedure:-
Whisk curd for 5 minutes on high flame with salt.
Add all the masalas and vegetables and fruits and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. You will notice that the veggies are releasing water after refrigeration. So give it a second whisk and serve. Eat this daily after meal and you will surely lose weight.
