Peanut Butter Sandwich With Fruits
Nowadays, everyone is health conscious and for managing weight we should keep eye on what we are consuming each. How much calories we are having each day.
Today I have recipie which I am sure you people will because this recipie are for those who don't want to compromise yaste for weight.
For managing weight the most important part is to have a good and delighful heavy breakfast because if you eat a healthy breakfast then you will feel fullness throughout the day and you will eat less. Try this peanut butter sandwich with fruits which are of great taste and healthy too. Lets check its recipie:-
Ingredients:-
Brown Bread-4 slices
Peanut Butter-1/2cup
Banana-1 thinly sliced
Chopped blueberries as required.
Procedure:-
Butter each slices of the bread with good amount of peanut butter.
Add in banana and blueberries and cover it with another slice of bread.
You can toast it on pan or serve as it is.
