Weight Loss Tomato Soup

Hello Foodies! I came up with another weight loss recipie and i.e. tomato soup.
Tomato soup is not meant for weight loss if you make it with real spices and butter.
But this particular recipie is regardibg weight loss as it does not contain any butter or any kind of chicken broth. It is made with freshly ripe tomatoes and seasoned with few spices or bter to say almost zero spices. 
If you add this soup in your diet you may lose weight. 
Because having a good and heavy breakfast is all time important key to lose weight.
The reson us that when you have heavy meal your stomach feels full throughout the day and you may not feel hunger earlier. That isvthe reason why every dieticians, doctors etc. recommend to have a heavy breakfast. 
Ok lets check its recipie:-


Ingredients:-

Tomatoes:-4 roughly chopped
Carrots:-2roughlt chopped
Onion-1 roughly chopped
Spring onions-1 finely chopped
Garlic-4 cloves
Ginger-2 inch
Water-4 cup
Black Pepper-1tsp
Black Salt -1/2tsp
Honey-1tsp.

Procedure:-

Wash each and every vegetables thoroughly.
In a big pan or kadhai add all the vegetables and water and let it boil for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Now blend it and strain it to remove any seeds or lumps.
Now take a pan and add the paste which we made earlier and add black pepper and salt and honey.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
