Self rising Flour


Self-rising or self-raising flour is "white" wheat flour that is sold premixed with chemical leavening agents. It was invented by Henry Jones.
Do not substitute self-rising flour for regular flour in a recipe, because you will end up with too much leavening in your dough! So lets check its recipie:-

Ingredients:-
All purpose flour-1 cup
Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/4th tsp 
Procedure:-
Take a big bowl.
Take a measurement cup and measure 1 cup all purpose flour.
Add flour into the bowl.
Add baking powder and salt.
Seive 5-7 times and store in an airtight container and use upto months.
Note:- Whenever you use this flour seive it well as this may create some lumps that can ruin the taste of your dish.
