Chocolate Mousse..
A mousse (French 'foam' /ˈms/) is a soft prepared food that incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture. It can range from light and fluffy to creamy and thick, depending on preparation techniques. A mousse may be sweet or savory.
Sweet mousses are typically made with whipped egg whiteswhipped cream,or both, and flavored with one or more of chocolatecoffeecaramelpuréedfruits, or various herbs and spices, such as mint or vanilla. In the case of some chocolate mousses, egg yolks are often stirred into melted chocolate to give the final product a richer mouthfeel. Mousses are also typically chilled before being served, which gives them a denser texture. Sweetened mousse is served as a dessert, or used as an airy cake filling. It is sometimes stabilized with gelatin.


Ingredients:-
Whipping Cream - 400ml
Dark Chocolate-200gm
Procedure:-
In a heat proof bowl, add 100ml of whipping cream and 200gm of dark chocolates.
Melt it over a braine marie or microwave for 5 minutes by checking in between.
Let it cool down for 5-10 minutes.
Chill the bowl for 30 minutes where you will whisk the remaining cream.
Add cream into it and whisk it for 10 minutes until it turns into stiff peaks.
Add chocolate cream which we made earlier and mix it untill it gets completely mixed.
In a glass pour chocolate mousse and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours to set.
After 8 hours serve chilled.
