Paneer Tikka.. How to make Paneer tikka on tawa

Paneer Tikka

Paneer tikka is marinated skewers of paneer which are grilled in a super hot tandoor (or traditional clay oven). It’s spicy, juicy, light and slightly smoky. Its like a vegetarian alternative to tandoori chicken, fish or prawn tikka if you’ve tried those.
Ingredients:-

For the tikka

Paneer cubes-2cups
Tomatoes-1 (large size deseeded and cut into cubes)
Onion-1 ( large size cut into cubes)
Capsicum-1 (medium size cut into cubes)
Chopped coriander or cilantro
Lime juice For topping.

For the marinade:-

Thick curd- 1/2 cup
Ginger paste-1tsp
Garlic paste-1tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Chaat Masala-1tsp
Kasturi Methi-1tsp crushed
Mustard oil-3tbsp
Salt to taste.

Procedure:-

In a bowl add all the marinade masala and yoghurt and oil and mix well.
Add the veggies along with paneer and mix well.
Marinate for atleast half an hour or upto two to three hours.
Soak wooden skewers for 30 mins.
Skewer paneer cubes alternating with onions,capsicum and tomatoes.
Apply marinate well.
In a pan add oil and heat well. 
Fry the paneer skewers well on low to medium flame.
Turn them when u see one side of the paneer gets browned well.
Fry two-three skewers at a time.
Don't overcrowd the pan.
This whole process process of frying will take upto 10-15minutes
Top it with chopped coriander and squeeze lemon juice on them.
Serve immediately with sliced onions.
