Bechamel sauce.. How to make Bechamel Sauce at home.. White Pasta Sauce

BECHAMEL SAUCE/WHITE PASTA SAUCE

Bechamel sauce, also known as white sauce, is made from milk and sometimes if you wish you can add cheese as well. It has been considered, since the seventeenth century, one of the mother sauces of French cuisine. It is used as the base for other sauces. 
So without wasting much time lets start it's recipie.


Ingredients:-

Butter -1tbsp 
Chopped Garlic-2tbsp
All purpose flour-1tbsp
Milk-2cup
Oregano-1tsp
Mixed Herbs:-1tsp
Salt to taste

Procedure:-

In a pan or in a sauce pan add butter.
Melt it on low flame abd add garlic into.
Fry for two minutes.
Add flour and mix well.
Now add milk and stir well so that no lumps can form into the milk.
When you see that the flour has dissolve well boil it on medium flame untill it thickens and becomes creamy like texture.
Now add salt and other seasonings and serve.
You can use this in pasta, or macaroni.
You can add cheese also that's completely optional.
